LodestarDigital
About

A fixed point in a moving market.

For centuries, navigators steered by the lodestar, the one point in the sky that never moved. We named the studio after it because that's the job: give ambitious brands a fixed point to steer by, then broadcast their signal until the whole market turns to look.

Lodestar studio team
Our story

Built by operators, not account managers.

Lodestar was founded by senior media and growth operators who got tired of watching great brands get handed to junior teams learning on their budget. So we built the opposite: a small studio of specialists who've spent real money, broken real plateaus, and stay on the accounts they win.

No layers. No hand-offs to people you never meet. The people in your kickoff are the people running your growth, pointed at one number and accountable to it.

What we hold to

Four values, non-negotiable.

North-star thinking

Every account runs against one metric that matters. If a tactic doesn't move it, we don't do it.

Senior hands, always

No juniors learning on your spend. The specialists who win your account are the ones who run it.

Transparent by default

You see every dollar and every number, in dashboards you own, not screenshots we curate.

Compounding over quick wins

We build durable growth engines, not sugar highs that spike and crash the month we leave.

Who's behind it

Senior operators, not account managers.

One person accountable for your growth, with a hand in every campaign that goes out the door.

Owner & Founder
Marketing strategist · 12+ years

Our founder is a marketing strategist with over 12 years of experience helping businesses grow through smart, data-driven marketing. That background spans the full digital toolkit: email marketing, website development, and paid advertising across platforms like Google and Meta.

It started with a foundation in design and new media, then years in sales, where one lesson stuck and still drives the work today: people don't buy from a company, they buy from someone they trust. That relationship-first mindset shapes every campaign we run.

Since then, the work has meant building marketing platforms from the ground up, launching e-commerce sites, and running advertising campaigns that turn clicks into loyal, repeat customers, obsessing over the details, from a subject line that actually gets opened to an ad that actually converts.

Good marketing isn't about being the loudest. It's about doing the work right.
